X-NEWA 2.4.2 Update Problems

I've had a working setup using NextPVR 3.2.9 and OpenElec on a RPi for the past several months. I had been using the X-NEWA plugin successfully to access to the guide data, play live TV, and play recordings. Yesterday, I was unable to play any live TV channels. I rebooted the computer, reset the RPi, and reset the NPVR database completely over the past day. This has had no effect. Now since I have cleared everything out, I cannot access the menu with TV Guide, Recordings, etc. on the left side of the screen in X-NEWA. It appears to be disabled. I have a second RPi setup similarly, and I am having the same results. The only way I can do anything is to run the web client at startup by changing the configuration option.

How do I go about figuring out what is wrong? I also tried updating to the latest development build of NEWA to see if that would fix the problem to no success.

Is it because of the change to the Confluence skin? If so does setting it up as Classic help?

Yes, that seems to work. But, I was using the Confluence skin before without problems. (And I saw the same problem on v2.4.0 as well. Switching to Classic fixed it there, too.)

Also, there's nothing in upcoming recordings, but the NEWA interface shows a number of recordings as does NPVR itself.

Are you running NEWA 2.13 and using JSON mode?

Ah!

I was able to refresh the main screen after going into Upcoming recordings and they showed up. I changed back to the Confluence skin and now it's working again.

Yes, JSON mode and v2.13. I just updated the build of NEWA tonight.

Okay good a refresh after an upgrade of x-newa or newa is usually necessary.

OK, still having an issue playing live TV from the guide in v2.4.2. Appears to work fine in 2.4.0.

I'm going to see if there is anything in the logs.
