Default sort order for episodes

I want episodes for every show to be sorted by date ascending. It looks like it stores sort order per show such that I have to drill into each show to display the episodes and change the sort for each of them individually. Is there any way to set a global default sort order for episodes? Thanks.

I think the default when ascending sort is selected is no sorting by x-newa, they get displayed in the order that NEWA sends them. I believe this should be recording order since episode numbers are usually not correct in NextPVR. Do you see something different?

I have "date descending" selected for the list of shows/titles, but want ascending for the list of episodes. Maybe this is why the default for the episode list for each show is descending by default?
