My NPVR works ok at all but the Main Menu doesn't display

My NPVR works ok at all but the Main Menu doesn't display at all.
When the program starts the window is black, the same when prees Ctrl+S, the window becomes black.
Pressing mouse context button can access functions, but I can't find a way to make the main menu appears.

OK, solved, just in general settings I changed UI mode to PVR.

Yep - you must have checked it to 'TV Viewer' mode, which switches off all the menus etc.
