Will I be able to use a 150mce for recording shows and watching live tv or will I have to get another tuner card? Will the pci-win-tv-go card work for just watching the live tv?

Yes, but not at the same time.

No. GB-PVR is designed for hardware encoder cards. That said, another user is writing a plugin for using analog cards, but I dont know much about it so I cant really answer any questions.

I have the 150mce. How do I setup the Fm part of it..? I get an error that my lame isnt set up.
