ImageGrabLite: Problem with renaming Real Time With Bill Maher episodes

Hi,

after discovering that XMBC is awesome I started to rename the rest of my old GBPVR/NPVR recordings with IGL
and found a small issue.

An old episode of Real Time With Bill Maher (I have only one) was renamed to:

Real Time With Bill Maher.S00E312..avi

It was recognized/matched by IGL, see logfile, but it looks wrong.

The event_details content from npvr.db3 is:

With just a capture date and title, I don't bother searching for i or renaming it to anything other than a bogus name that I know will scan and then you can manually map it in xbmc. I suspect on this one, adding the first run flag or the original air date would probably be enough.

Indeed, it actually did not match the episode, just the show name. I think it shouldn't rename using a wrong SxxEyy number, but instead do nothing. Anyway, it's not important, just a small bug in an otherwise very helpful tool. (Probably going to delete that old show anyway)

Remove the --nfo option to avoid this. The point of the bogus number is to ensure xbmc/plex while read the nfo file when there is not enough metadata or if the file isn't on thetvdb or themoviedb
