I have a Digital Media Encoder (DME) that I borrowed from the office.
i wanted to see if I could connected it to my npvr. Under settings / devices is a selection for IPTV device.
Is that still functional?

thanks

I have no idea what Digital Media Encoder is.

Yes, it is still functional. You need to supply it a URL to a standard transport stream, containing MPEG2 or H.264, like you get on some cable networks.
