Channels Found but not Seen

I know virtually nothing about NextPVR - but I have HDHomerun - and I have followed the instructions to set up NextPVR. It finds 32 (digital) channels - but I am unable to view them in NextPvr - and also unable to record them. I can view them perfectly in HDHomeRun View - but the screen is just black in NExtPVR. Could someone help me? What am I doing wrong?

Two most like things are either needing to set your decoders on the Settings->Decoders screen, or add firewall exclusions for NRecord.exe and NDigitalHost.exe.

Thanks for your help!!!!! My firewall was good - but I randomly changed my decoders, and I first got my video to work, and after several more attempts, I have audio working as well! Thanks again!
