Not sure if this has been noted elsewhere, I thought I'd post here incase anyone else runs into this problem.
I noticed my EPG update started failing on 2/10/2015. After some investigation, I noticed xmltv.exe started failing with the message:
I suspect this has to do with the changes Schedules Direct has made and they turned off their old feed.
You'll need to download the new version of XMLTV (I used v0.5.66) and reconfigure. Once I did that, all is good again.
