Stay on top

This is a minor point but on my latest installation on a win7 professional 64 computer, NPVR always comes up in the back. I know to right click on the screen and select "stay on top" and that works. But the next time I start NPVR I have to do that over again. I don't have to do that on the machine running win7 professional 32. Is there a Win setting that always allows a new program to start on top or am I missing a NPVR setting?

Thanks for your reply and link. I had not gone to the wiki because I assumed the problem was a setting in Win7 since I have two other instances of NPVR running without this problem. That may still be the case but the wiki solution worked so I'm happy. Thanks again.
