I have multiple HDHomerun TECH units. These are each multicasting an IPTV stream per tuner (each tuner is locked to an RF channel and multicasting out everything on that channel).

These streams can be accessed via VLC by RTP (rtp://239.255.1.1:59001 for example). When I try to add these streams as an IPTV stream in NextPVR, I only get a black screen.

VLC codec information is: MPEG-1/2 Video (mpgv), 1920x1080, 4:2:0 YUV, A52 Audio (aka AC3) (a52).

Any idea why this stream wouldn't playback? Is there another IPTV plugin I could try?

I think it would have handled a straight UDP stream (udp://239.255.1.1:59001), but doesn't like the RTP wrapped stream. I could look into adding support for that.

If it wouldn't be too much trouble, RTP support would be awesome!

Another issue that I will eventually hit is multiplexing.

Some RF channels will have 3-4 subchannels. Currently I can stream them all using one tuner and one network address/port. VLC knows how to split these appart using program IDs. Is there any way that NextPVR could do the same?

NextPVR can't do that with the IPTV source, but can it with direct use of the HDHR.
