Configure Series Record

Hi,

My apologies, as I'm sure this is captured somewhere already - but I have searched the forums and Wiki. Can't find anything on it, but it is likely me ... .

But that said - is there a way to set up a series recording? I want to save a title, and have NextPVR automatically add recordings in the future as new items show up on the EPG.

Those are called recurring recordings in NextPVR.

Yep, that makes sense - and I see this "tab" in NextPVR, just not sure how to add one ... . Is there a place that explains this? I will keep digging, thanks again!

FYI, also trying to set this up in NEWA.

Press 'enter' on a show in the TV Guide, and it'll show you info about the shows, and buttons for scheduling recordings etc. Click the 'Record' button, and you can set the recording type - One Off, Season, etc.

Yes, there is. I don't personally use NEWA, so can't remember the exact details off the top of my head.

I use NEWA to schedule recordings. I do an episode search, then click on the episode, then I get an interface to tell it what type of recording to do. Works well. There are possibly other ways to do it in NEWA, this is just what I use, and it has worked well.

Yep, it works very well, agreed! But are you able to schedule recurring recordings this way? I may just be missing it.
