Can't load the confluence skin

I'm running XNEWA 2.4.6 on kodi 15.1. Even though I have selected the confluence skin in the addon settings, it still loads the classic skin. Any ideas why? Do I need to download a skin from somewhere?

It might get switch to classic if you aren't running Confluence as the base skin.
