For whatever reason, it looks like it was unable to apply the database changes when you upgraded. It's an easy fix though, run the following:

nextpvr.exe -updatedb

That worked, thank you... Now I need help with one more step. All the program names are showing (no show details). Here is the log file...

Have you noticed the "MC2XML does not work anymore" sticky? Maybe try Schedules Direct.
