So, with my existing "UNC" path, how could I test that NextPVR can read or write to it?
Here is the PC I purchased in April 2014:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B7I8HZ4
It has plenty of computing power, but a SATA or USB3 card isn't possible.
The 32 GB hard drive I put in there (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DY5C75E) should have been plenty with Windows Updates turned off, but when I run WinDirStat.exe, I see that Kodi is filling the 10 GB of space I had left over.
If I build another one, it will have USB 3 and a 500GB or 1TB Samsung EVO SSD. That would give me enough room to save recorded TV on the device.
Hindsight is always 20/20.
