Merging of channels

Is there a faster way to merge channels? I have a ceton card (4 sources) and a hd homerun prime (3 sources) and the channel names are slightly different. I tried automerge and that didn't work. I tried a manual merge of a single pair of channels and taht seemed to take 30-45 seconds *per merge*. With > 300 channels that will take an eternity.

Any thoughts?

At least for the devices that are of the same type: If you delete all of the channels for the 2+ sources of that device type, then go back to configure it, NPVR will give a message saying something like "You've already got a device of this type configured. Do you want to copy the configuration?" If you say yes, then the channels for those devices should already be merged. At least that way you would only have to merge 2 sets per channel. Also, you can multi-select (Ctrl+click or Shift+click) channels and merge them all at once.

Thanks. I wound up just manually merging and editing all the names. Kind of had to do that for channel logos anyway.
