NPVR-HDHomerun-Black Screen, no video or audio

I'm at my wits end and hope someone can help me :/

A little background.... I had been using HDHomerun Prime and NextPVR flawlessly for several weeks. I recently cancelled my cable service and use the HDHomerun Prime box to grab broadcast channels (about 50 channels) and since then havent been able to get audio or video on my NextPVR which, in turn, broke my Kodi too. I assume once I get NPVR working, Kodi will follow?

Im on the latest version of NPVR, I think... 3.6.6 ?
I have tried firewall rules and even totally disabling my firewall.
I have tried a bunch of different video decoders - LAV, Microsoft, ffdshow, and probably a couple more im forgetting.
NPVR recognizes the box (and all 3 tuners)
NPVR has no issue scanning for channels
I use Schedules Direct for the guide which NPVR picks up fine. QAM and HDHR tuners dont pick up any channels but the ATSC one gets about 55 channels.
I can get a full guide and set up manual or guide series recordings without a problem thru NPVR and Kodi.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling NPVR
I have tried deleting all channels and devices from both NPVR and HDHomerun box and started from scratch, no luck.
I just cant get a picture or sound no matter what I do

Can anyone offer advice?

If you try recording a show, does a file get created in your recording directory, and is it zero bytes long, or a more realistic size?

A minute and a half record generated a 126 mb file. But when I open it, its just black screen.

I don't know if this helps but I can watch DVD's using NPVR with LAV decoder. But still not TV.
I'm using Windows 10.
I've tried countless combinations of decoders in settings as well.
I also tried to get the SAF decoders but cant get the unlocked version, so they dont show in NPVR to be able to use them.

While NextPVR is trying to record/watch a channel, you can also check the HDHR Config utility to see it's got a signal lock, and is sending data etc.

Its a very short clip but see if you can view it....
