In Uk channel 14 on Freeview missing

When I scan on device setup, Channel 14 (More 4) is missing. Is there any manual method of getting it back. It was there before I did a rescan.

Hi but here is screen shot showing not in guide and it is not in Channel List.

Solved, it is on channel 873 so i have changed that to Channel 14 and all should be OK now.
