NextPVR and MPEG-4?

I recieved a letter from Comcast saying that they are switching to MPEG-4 streams on June 27th 2016 in this area.

I have a HD Homerun Prime with cable card and I'm hoping NextPVR will be able to handle the different stream type.

Yes, NextPVR can handle the H.264 video codec they're switching to. There is a patch here somewhere needed to handle H.264 with the HDHomeRun Prime. Some Comcast areas have already switched over, and people are successfully using NextPVR with it.
