Webserver bug..

hi i tried nextpvr in 3.6 and 3.7 versions on different windows 10 machines.
The program itself runs fine but the webserver only runs just after installation and will not restart after a system reboot.
i hoped 3.7 would fix this problem, reinstalling after eacht reboot is a bit cumbersome.
is there a fix?

I remember having a similar issue some time ago, I think it had to do with not all required .net installed.
