Hello...
First time using NPVR on Win10. TV card is Hauppauge 2250.
I get this error every time I do a manual EPG update, which I do frequently because iI find my EPG to have no data on numerous channels.
Any ideas?

thanks

What EPG source are you using?

You'll need to reproduce the problem then zip and attach the logs.

Using built in OTA ATSC support. The error appears to be after it has finished downloading the EPG and start to write to the channel lineup.
Cant find any logs in the npvr folder. Can you tell which one I am looking for?
thanks.

To collect the logs, go into the Settings->About screen, and hit the "zip my log files for me, and show me where the zip file is" button.

I too was having this problem (yesterday July 11, now it has mysteriously disappeared and I can update my channels without the darn thing erroring out on me.
Another peculiar thing that happened also was that my scheduled recordings weren't starting up properly either.
Could this issue have something to do with yesterday's date?
Unfortunately I can no longer reproduce the problem, and I deleted my log files before doing a full reinstall, assuming the problem would show itself again. Hopefully okiread's log files might help track down what's causing this bug.
