Change to XML EPG causes crash

I had to reinstall NPVR after my Win7 x86 system crashed. I thought that I would jump to Win10 so I did a clean install of Win10 (the new board only supports 2 PCI, sadly) and updated it, then installed NPVR (v3.7.7). The two tuner DTV cards were recognised (however only 23 channels from 3 of 5 stations). I downloaded the EPG XML then tried to change Channels setting of EPG from the default DVB/ATSC to the XML when I got a crash message (attached, text of error below). This happens every time I try to change anything about XML EPG. Changing it back to DVB/ATSC makes it happy again. Logs attached. Any ideas?

I didn't install any DirectX or .Net packages, I only ran the installer. There was a link to DX9 on the Settings window when I first ran it but this is no longer there so I assumed that Windows had downloaded something that was required?

Are you sure the xml file is valid

That was it, thanks. I changed from webget.exe to the Gnu32 wget.exe and I mucked up the syntax. The top of the xml file had debugging output. Appears to be working now.

OK, I rescanned for all channels, made sure that the XML appears to be valid, mapped channels to EPG and hit Update EPG. NPVR crashed. Happens each time that I update EPG. Clearing EPG doesn't help. I've attached the latest logs. Any more ideas?

Can you try replacing your nextpvr.exe with the updated one attached, then reproduce the problem and repost the log? I added more logging.

OK, I stopped the service, replaced the exe with the one you provided, restarted the service and ran the exe. I emptied the EPG, waited, then clicked on Update EPG. This would previously trigger the crash but not any more. The latest logs are attached.
