Hi all,
I have had several recordings end 1-2 hours early since updating to this latest version (3.7.7). I first noticed that 2 weeks in a row, the I got 1 hour of a 2-hour episode of American Ninja Warrior. I also had a PGA tournament end 2 hours early. I unchecked the "auto extend sports, if required" checkbox, and made sure I had plenty of padding at end.
Today my recording ended 2 hours early, and the recording listing shows the correct length, including padding. It ended after 3 hours 2 minutes.

I am running Windows 10, and have zipped and attached the log files.

Thanks a bunch!

The most recent date in these logs appears to be 24 July ... Can you tell us the date and time and name of a recording that ended early so that we know where to look in the logs. Thank you.

Make sure you've got the latest upload of 3.7.7 installed, as one crash got fixed in the recording service after its initial release. Sounds like it's probably the same issue as what you're seeing.

I apologize for my ineptitude and vagueness. Here's a better description of the issue: The recording in the log that ended early is from 7/31/2016, and is titled: "2016 PGA Championship: Final Round"
It shows that it was scheduled to record from 10:57 am to 4:29 pm. That is the length shown in Schedules Direct EPG, plus 89 minutes of post-padding. What was actually recorded was 3 hours, 2 minutes of the program. I have uploaded the entire NPVR Logs folder, but I believe the only problem recording that will be there is the one from 7/31.
Thanks for looking into it!

My version was listed as 3.7.7. Wouldn't the latest update be numbered 3.7.8, if changes were made? I downloaded again from the website anyway, just in case.

Well Sub fixes some issues and changes the NPVRSetup_3_7_7.exe file. If you follow the forum posts, you can keep up with the changes.

In doubt re-download the NPVRSetup_3_7_7.exe and if it is different that the previous one, it probably have new fixes in there.

Sadly, it gets some unannounced changes. I know of at least 2-3 times that the download was updated since the first release (though it seems to have settled down lately). I've taken to downloading it from time to time to check its md5 and see if I need a new install.
