Schedules Direct AU and NZ guide data now available.

Schedules Direct is now beginning to offer JSON guide data in Australia and New Zealand. Our initial effort will be for over-the-air content; sub has already added the necessary support for these regions to NextPVR.

This is an open beta; depending on the response rate will help us determine whether we should proceed.

If you would like to use Schedules Direct, then please setup an account at our website and send me an email: rkulagow@gmail.com I will send you a coupon code for a 90-day trial. Please do not pay for the service at this time; if we must cancel the offering due to a low response rate it will be simpler to not have to process refunds.

No. You'd stop NextPVR, then extract it to "C:\Program Files\NPVR" or "C:\Program Files (x86)\NPVR", replacing the existing file of the same name.

I'm sorry but I must be a bit thick! how does this replace the stations broadcast EPG? why is it better than the stations broadcast EPG?

It does include information not included in the broadcast EPG, like episode titles, season/episode numbers, artwork, cast and crew etc.
