Channels Not Found With Scan

Hello, I can't get my tuner to (fully) work with npvr and I would like some help.

[Hard and Soft]ware:
~2 year old PC running windows 10 (Haswell i5 if that matters)
Hauppage WinTV dualHD Product Page

The problem:mad::
I when I am in the settings menu in npvr, and I scan for QAM channels, I get none in most cases (see below).

Why this makes no sense:confused::
When I select "52 test" as the channels to scan, I find 3 channels, but when I select "All Countries"(I tried a few other selections), the scan finds none. The channels that it successfully scans can be watched as live TV through npvr. Furthermore, when using the cruddy software that came with this tuner, I can watch many (100+) different channels.

Thank you very much. It appears to be functioning as expected now.

After reading stuff on this website for a couple of hours (making sure there wasn't some stupid thing I had missed), I didn't realize there were patches I could install. Maybe a section should be included in the sticky at the top of the NextPVR support section saying something like "Did you install all the patches?" Anyhow, NPVR seems like some pretty great software, keep up the good work and have a nice day.
