System Plugin Confused by New NPVR Naming Scheme

Hi Iain
Looks as though the new naming scheme for NPVR has confused the version check in the System Plugin.

[NextPVR 3.8.3 - Update Available (3.8.3 (160925))]

Hopefully only a minor code change required.
