On 11/17/2016 SilconDust released a major update for their filmware and software. There last major update was on 08/26/2015. I am not including there beta update(s) for the DVR KickStarter program.

IMHO do not update HDHomeRun and NextPVR 3.9.2 at the same time. Perform one or the other and then wait a while to perform the other.
