Where can nDroid can be downloaded from? I checked the Google Play store, using both the search function and the barcode scan provided, but no search results. Is this still an actively developed app?

Thanks,
E

I'm the guy who developed nDroid and nDroid TE. The original nDroid has been pulled permanently (in fact Google removed it claiming a screenshot infringed copyright) and I've no intention of putting it back as I hadn't done any development on it in quite a few years.

I've personally removed TE from Google Play mostly because I know it doesn't play nice with recent NextPVR versions and I haven't had a chance to fix it or develop it further.

In answer to your question...no it's not actively developed at the moment but it's also not dead. The app was originally for my own personal use but then I released it.

I've just put together a new development PC and will get back to developing it for my own personal use - at the point I think it might be worth releasing again I'll upload it to Google Play. As for when / if that ever happens, I have no idea.

Cheers,
Brian

So, basically the app is now dead to everyone who doesn't already have it? Maybe think about open sourcing it....

I would love to have the hold nDroid app back. I just switched phone and cannot install it on the new. It worked perfectly on my old phone.
