Named Folders on My Media Drive

Currently NPVR creates a named folder for each new show title it records onto my default media drive. I would rather the shows just get dropped onto the drive as single named files which Windows alphabetizes well.
Any ideas if this is possible?

I believe there is an <AutoCreateFolder> setting in config.xml that is set to true by default.
