IPTV Logs show 404 Error

Trying to setup IPTV Channels and I can't get the backend to find the url

If I paste the URL into my browser I get a .ts stream starting to download, so I know the URL is good.

Look into the logs they show error 404

I'm wondering if NextPVR is truncating the URL possibly, because if I do that in the browser I also get a 404.

Here is a sample URL: I have replaced my credentials with XXXX

So this morning I tried some sample IPTV streams...one from NASA and one was Big Buck Bunny

These streams work great.

So why can't it handle the IPTV URL I'm trying to use? I'm wondering if NPVR doesn't like the fact that an @ simple is part of the username.
So the url would be: http://ace-tv.xyz:25461/live/myemail@som...ord/254.ts

And NPVR reports back 404 not found.
