NextPVR crashes on Live Tv and Movie playback

Try a Windows Update, then see if it still happens.

Yep, it is that problem Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder. I can see you dump file shows it crashing in CompPkgSup.dll.

Try Windows Update first, otherwise look at solutions offered in that thread.
