If Win 10 use Windows Notifications for failed recordings

If a recording fails, and running on Win 10 (8??), use the Window Notifications System (aka Toast) to notify the user of the failed recording. Show date, time, recording name and error in Notification message. See https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library...p/hh802768

How about "Pushover.net"? You can get alerts on your phone via an APP and on your desktop which could be configured to set off "Windows Notification". I use "Pushover" for completed recordings through VAP videoredo and WMC. Works awesome!
