Thanks for that, I often wondered what was available in the way of EPG with IPTV. Most impressed.

Thank you for your hard work on this wonderful software program.

Your latest update ver. 4.0.4.170820 seems to resolve all the problems I was having with recording palyback. I was able to hang the video by skipping numerous times (maybe 10 times in quick succession), not something I would ever do while watching a recording. In spite of the hang, I was able to recover to continue playing recording with a little fiddling. Other than the minor skipping problem, I have detected no other problems playing back recordings with the latest update. I am using LAV video decoders.

I can't think of any reason why you wouldn't be able to record IPTV channels in Germany. Did you actually try?

There are some illegal m3u lists for watching tv, which you can record I think.
But all legal ways to watch live tv in Germany are restricted because of copy rights. Every channel provider makes it own rules.

Right - though NextPVR doesn't know the legality of recording from your IPTV provider, and will always let you record the channels. Whether or not you should do it is up to you to decide, not NextPVR.

Seamless update as usual sub. I tried the sample IPTV .m3u you posted and was impressed.

Looking at signing up with a service to try it out more fully, but as there are quite a few options I thought I'd ask which provider you're with, as that would probably simplify support. Feel free to delete/ignore this if this should be a different topic/the provider is something you don't want to publicise.

Latest version

If you make a path mistake when setting up for a client - after exit you can no longer access settings or the app - you get a warning message about the path being incorrect then it exits and you cannot get back in to fix it.
