NextPVR has been working spectacularly for me for quite some time now, however, I have on issue that I am unsure how to fix. The issue is, files that I have placed in my recorded TV folder do not show up inside NextPVR under Recordings. New recordings made by NextPVR show up just fine.
Problem occurred under these circumstances:
I was running NextPVR 3.9.2. When I noticed 4.0.4 was posted, I downloaded it and installed it over top of my 3.9.2 install. A few days passed, and my wife told me her new recordings were not showing up in Kodi. When I investigated, I found that installing NextPVR 4.0.4 had reset my TV recording directory to a default. After correcting the setting, I checked the default folder and my wife's recordings were there, so I just moved them to my real recordings folder. Unfortunately, simply moving the files does not make them show up in NextPVR's Recordings list, and therefore, Kodi does not see them either.
My question is, is there a way to force NextPVR to rescan (re-index, refresh, whatever word you want to use) the recordings folder and update the Recordings list? It does not seem to be happening on its own.
