Negative delay for dvb-subtitles?

Even with subtitles delay set to zero some channels have about 500-700 mS delay on dvb-subtitles, would it be possible to set the subtitle delay to a negative value on playback? (I reco'n it may be difficult on live tv Wink

)

If you can supply a sample file, I'll take a look. I suspect it's not going to be possible to go less than zero, since we can't force the audio/video to be delayed to allow the subtitle to be shown earlier.

I'll see if I can, it is mostly on BBC Earth I have this issue.
