Hmmm odd. It does look like it's detected multiple. I'm not sure why it's not added them. I'm about to busy for the next day or so with family stuff, but I'll try to take another look tomorrow, to see if I can reproduce and fix with the info from your log.

Thank you sub, now I can see multiple tuners according to my server setup but I'm facing another problem, channel change result in full crash of tvheadend server.

That'll likely be something you'll need to talk to the tvheadend people about.

This problem only happens with nextpvr, I have the same setup working with dvbviewer media server. I've tried to use just one tuner but got "No tuner available" error instead.
NextPVR could possibly be doing something it shouldn't, but tvheadend definitely shouldn't be crashing. They maybe able to tell you from the tvheadend logs what they're unhappy about - this would at least give clue what it is unhappy about.
I'm not having any problem changing channels with the two SAT>IP server I have here.
