Not exactly a wishlist item, but more of a suggestion. 
While the "Zip my log files" button and text are easy to see and read while sitting and looking at my desktop screen, I find them very difficult to notice/read on the TV from across the living room. Perhaps by making it easier to see, new users will be more likely to notice it and thus upload the correct logs when they have an issue? I just notice that there are a LOT of new threads where no logs, or only a few logs get uploaded. I'm just thinking it might be one more thing to help make your life easier, sub. 
PS: You could have a huge future in teaching customer service for corporations. You run rings around some of the biggest corporations on earth when it comes to timely, understanding customer support for your product!
