Missing some channel icons

When I connect to npvr with my phone I see two channel icons that are missing on the channels page. But when I select the channel the channel icon shows up. Here are a couple screen grabs.

It is always the same channels that are missing every time I connect. The strange thing is that on my tablet it is missing a different icon, and one that shows up on my phone. I have tried emptying and updating the guide in npvr and restarting, clearing the data on the andriod app, and uninstalling and re-installing the app, and it shows the same icons missing on both devices.

Any ideas?

Everything looks ok about the image, and it seems to be loading in the guide for me.

If you scroll down the list and back up, does it sometimes reappear? I have noticed an issues like this that can happen, but I havn't got to the bottom of it yet.

I tried scrolling and then rotated the screen and scrolled a few time and they appeared.

It's at the point now that when I rotate the screen to horizontal the icons all appear, but when I rotate to vertical the two icon disappear.

Plus, it would help to have a more detailed description of the problem plus logs from NextPVR and from Kodi. Thanks.
