UI is being cropped

When I attached a 4k television to my Windows 10 computer, NextPVR started cropping the UI in a way that makes all dialog boxes impossible to see. I switched back to 1080p, and the problem persists, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried tweaking both the zoom and resolution settings to no avail. Any idea what may be wrong? A couple of screenshots are attached for reference. Thanks!

This seems to happen on some people's machines with high DPI monitors/tvs. I'm pretty sure you can resolve by going to the shortcut for the executable, and viewing the Properties -> Compatibility, and selecting 'override high DPI scaling behaviour'.
