Amazon Firestick and Apps2Fire

I just loaded the NextPVR Android client to my Amazon Firestick with App2Fire and everything works flawlessly. My wife uses the firestick more than I do and this is just what I needed. Simple and no-fuss from NextPVR to the TV!

Only issue is the rewind and FF buttons don't work on the remote but the Center circle back (left) and forth (right) does.

I've made some changes for the next release so the RW/FF buttons should do a 60 second skip. It's not practical for it to do an actual FF/RW, since we're often having to transcode on the server before sending it to the device, and this doesn't lend itself well to FF/RW.
