Web Admin Page from the Internet

When I access the website from inside my network everything shows up. When I access from outside my network I only get the
Html heading but no channel listings, guide, episodes, etc. It's all blank except for the banners. Any suggestions?

On the Settings->Clients screen, have you got 'Allow remote access' ticked?
