Can't delete recorded programs that I have watched.

I suddenly can't delete any recorded programs. I would appreciate any help. I get the attached message:

You need to zip and attach the file. The forum software shrinks big pictures when you upload them directly.

If I squint though, it almost looks like that says the recording service isn't running. If you reboot, does it fix itself?

Tried rebooting, but that didn't help. I hope this is the zipped format that you wanted of the message.
