Kodi not picking up NPVR recordings

I have no idea if this relates to the now resolved issue I raised at the https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...VR-backend thread but I now find that Kodi 15 on my Ubuntu client and Kodi 17 on my Windows 10 NextPVR host PC are not picking up the past recordings - the list is empty. NPVR itself on the Windows 10 host does see them.

I've tried a Clear Data in the Kodi settings, as sub suggested in the prior thread, but it makes no difference on this occasion (not a surprise because the data it clears relates to channels etc, not recordings). I attach the Kodi debug log from the Ubuntu client - these logs mystify me and I really do not know what I should be looking for, sorry.

I've been using the two versions of Kodi with the NPVR backend for ages without problems. All these difficulties seem to have begun since the Windows 10 update failed last weekend and I had to reset the entire W10 installation.

All three are the same. I just stripped the "sid" parameter off the third.

I wouldn't have expected it to take you to a web page. If you try the same url again, after it's taken you to the web page, does it then return data?

You'll probably need to zip and attach the NextPVR logs too.

Weird. I left both the Ubuntu and Windows PCs running overnight, clicked on the last url again and now it returns a 404 error like the other two, and does so every time I click it.

I then rebooted NPVR, got the 404 error again and now attach the NPVR log.

NextPVR is having trouble with your unique id not being url ecoded.

Clear as mud, I'm afraid! Is the solution to delete that recording using the NPVR interface? Or can the issue be fixed more elegantly so that it is still available in the list of recordings? I think that one was imported when I rebuilt the system following the Windows 10 disaster.

I suspected when you imported it the import xml file was bad. Other then deleting those recordings (which migth not be possible with this errror) I can't offer a solution. Perhaps copy them first so you can watch them from the Video Library and not from recordings.

I backed up the entire recording folder then tried to delete the recording you mentioned in NPVR. It wouldn't have it, so I manually deleted the specific recording from the folder after closing down NPVR. Restarting NPVR correctly shows a list without that recording, and both Kodi clients also now show the list.

I'm debating whether to attempt another import of the offending recording, just in case the xml issue was a blip. I'm assuming that the xml data is contained within the .ts file, so I suspect it won't make any difference.
