Can't re add deleted channels {LOG ATTACHED}

Hi everyone im having some trouble

I first noticed that some channels were not working no live no recordings so i decided too delete one of the troublesome channels and was going to rescan and add the channel again to see if this solved the problem

the channel I deleted was BBC 4 HD

has anyone got any ideas too why some channels are not working and why i cant re add this channel

Im running the latest version of NextPVR on windows 10 with a haunpeggue quad HD Tuner

There are lots of transmitter frequency changes in the pipeline for the UK. Which area are you in and has there been any changes for your local transmitter?
If there has been, your frequency list for that specific transmitter may not be up to date in NPVR so scanning All Frequencies may get your channel back.

Yes friends and family have re tuned there freeveiw boxes a few times recently

Im in the Stoke on Trent Area using the Fenton transmitter im not sure if there has been work how do you find out ?

I will Try a All Freq scan now

I have re scanned using United Kingdom all regions / frequencies missing channel still not appeared and still cant tune into the bad channels

The effected channels are all on com7 or com8 which are broadcast on pretty low power https://ukfree.tv/transmitters/tv/Fenton. Is there any possibility you've disturbed your aerial connections?

Hopefully not i suppose i could have caught the cable that goes into the tuner when i have been messing with the computer

but the aerial on the roof I have not been up there unless the wind has done something

Its a straight connection from my aeriel on the roof too the tuner in the computer no splitters boosters ect

i have disconected the cable and reconnected checked the condition of the cable all looks fine

problem not solved

I have checked more channels and can confirm effected channels are on COM7 & COM8

Do my logs reveal anything ?

The logs imply that the tuner isn't locking onto a valid signal at the frequencies of the Com7 & Com8 transponders. (562Mhz & 578Mhz).
This is usually signal strength related as the tuner is locking onto the other lower frequencies OK.
Also the move of Com7 & Com8 to a much higher frequency earlier this year may mean some aerials (i.e. group tuned rather than wide-band) may not be suitable. That is they may not provide a good signal for the new frequencies.
