How can I add season/episode to existing/imported recordings?

Hi everyone,

I have a bunch of recordings I am trying to migrate from gbpvr to npvr, some of which are missing season/episode in the database (metadata?).
These are from early days of me just started using gbpvr, and I did not add the extra info using guidePlus.
The ones I recorded after guidePlus added season/episode to the EPG seem to have that info with the mpg file itself (no, it wasn't added to the file names), and that info is carried over to npvr database when I imported the recordings using VidImport.

Now, is there any way to add season/episode to recordings that weren't originally recorded with that info?
They do have subtitles stored with them some how, which are properly imported using VidImport.

Um...

I tried running ImageGrabLite.exe with IGLBatch.bat as suggested in the linked page.
Nothing happened. There was no error message either.
Is ImageGrabLite.exe supposed to re-write npvr.db3? Time stamp on npvr.db3 did not change after running ImageGrabLite.exe.

Are there any other way?

Imagegrab will update the database npvr.db3.

Imagegrab writes logs to C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Logs .. Do you get logs? Zip and attach the Imagegrab logs to a post.

On the command line, where did you get the oid 870 from? That OID does not exist in your database, so it cannot locate or rename the file. Being these are old files recorded in GBPVR, ImageGrabLite probably wont work because it is required to have an OID (which isn't in the new NextPVR database).

JavaWiz's script here https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...post475296 might do it if you adjust the path for nextpvr and sqlite3. You might need some modifications for Norwegian shows. The --zap2it paramater probably should only be used with Schedules Direct data or older files.

@videoosmosis like JavaWiz says that oid is wrong, perhaps rerun the batch file.
