Live TV and Recordings Frequently Loop Every 90 seconds

First, I apologize if this gets complicated.

I have NextPVR installed on a Windows 10 PC acting as a server to two other PC's in the house, also running Windows 10. I am running Kodi 17.6 on the client PC's and have NextPVR PVR Client configured on both systems. My device in NextPVR is an IPTV service. Frequently when I watch live TV or a recorded program, about every 90 seconds, the program jumps back 10 seconds.

Please help with how I might fix this.

By the way, my buffer folder on the server is a second hard drive with 931 Gb of free space.

Is it the same directly on the NextPVR machine, or just on Kodi?

.m3u8 or .ts streams?

Hmmm. I'll test that right now, but for an immediate answer it is only on the client PC's on Kodi.

Works fine on the host server, both in Kodi on the host server and NextPVR itself.
My IPTV service is .ts from Epicstream.
My network is all wireless based if that means anything re this issue.
