Hello

Has anyone here successfully set up Vader IPTV on NextPVR? I know it can be done but apparently it might need some form of "tweak".

Unfortunately their standard URL link does not end in .m3u and so NPVR rejects the link (see attached error message).

Thanks a lot.

I have tried the recommended ones of the format: ...vget?username=YOURUSERNAME&password=YOURPASSWORD but not letting it go through.
Would you mind sharing those with me via PM?

I used these yesterday and it worked for me. Had been testing NipSat, nice but the EPG was over 2500 entries and took forever to download and group. Also a lot of issues lately with Vader, but seems to be working OK today. Some stuttering, but otherwise working for me.

Vader Settings I use

EPG List

Thanks for all your help but still no luck.

I noticed that sub had made a patch previously (see https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...ight=vader) but that still did not work.

I got the same message yesterday when trying to reinstall the m3u channel list. Using a similar url in a browser came up with some message about exceeding use and being put on a limited bandwidth.
IPTV is a bit flakey to say the least, I wonder if sub is regretting adding it Wink

That might depend on the service that is providing the stream ... it might be that some streams are being provided by folk that are a bit flakey to say the least ... Wink

I used http://vaders.tv/vget?username=xxxx&pass...&format=ts
and it came up with the error box as shown higher up
I put that url into firefox and if offered to save the file of type m3u and I saved it as was and it saved as vget.m3u
I then used the iptv device import function to put C:\temp\vget.m3u instead of the failing web address.
and it seems to have imported ok.
Now for he epg, but I don't expect any probs with that

You have to put your username and password in where the xxxx is, I'm watching vaders iptv in npvr now and what I posted above is what I used to set it up back when I subbed.
edit to add that the link is truncated, where the ... is after& should be password=xxxxx
