Need assistance for some channels stop or freeze once tuned via NextPVR.

Let me know where to post log? I am from Houston, TX and my ISP is Comcast I did repaired cable card few times so they said everything is fine but NextPVR caused some channels unable to showing so I am here to help you to help others by trying to get some channels working sometimes I tune not working or freeze after 2-3 seconds.

Channels that not working are: Oxygen, Fuse TV (removed from Comcast & Verizon lineup since December 2018), USA Networks. I hope to see these working through NextPVR. Let me know what to do to post logs?

In NextPVR Settings --> About ... Click the button to zip the logs. Note that location of the zip that is created.

Create a new post in this thread in the forum ... Click Go Advanced at the bottom right of the post ... Click the paperclip icon that is above the text entry area to attach the zip file to the post.

Please tell us what you did and the time that you did it when the problem occurred so that we know where to look in the logs. Thanks.

Do you want me to rescan because some channels I've removed manually so you want current or go back to collect whole channels before I post log?

Just need Oxygen, USA Network working again but some channels should be HD: Bounce TV, POP, REELZ, BET Her, Aspire TV, Metv, Decades, Movies! Network, etc all over 1000-1999 channel range originally 1080p but Comcast reduced most channels from 1080p to 720p only so that why these channels should've been 720p instead of channels that looking like DSR/SD.

If view http://<ipaddress>/lineup.xml?show=found in your browser (replacing "<ipaddress>" with the IP address of your HDHomeRun), does it list the channels that are missing or having problems in NextPVR? Do they have DRM="1"?

That all looks ok.

Is this only a problem with Live TV? If you try recording a show from this channel, does that result file that can be played?

just few channels it say no data found or black no live running or whatever
