System: Unraid NAS V6.6.7 running with LibreELEC Linux Kernel version 4.13.20 on an Intel i7 processor, 16GB of Ram.
Tuner: Hauppage WinTV-HVR-2210 PCIe card, Dual Tuners on Terrestrial Antenna - Waikato NZ Region (Te-Aroha Transmitter).
Passed through card to NextPVR docker container with the parameter --device=/dev/dvb, so it can see the DVB-C and DVB-T tuner adapters.

When I chose a DVB-T adapter and press the "scan channels" button, the scan digital channels dialogue box appears, but the is a blank pull-down box and pressing the "scan channels" button next to that does nothing. Now I am stuck.

FYI: I configured a Plex docker container on the same system and I can scan for channels and view Live TV, so I know my hardware is good. I then disabled that from Plex so it does not interfere with the NextPVR installation.
Win Server: ASRock P67 Pro3 B3, i5 2500K 4.0Ghz, 16GB, Nvidia GT430 HDMI, Win 10 Pro 64bit, Win-TV Quad HD, Win-TV Nova-T USB.
UnRaid NAS Server: Gigabyte i7 2600 3.4Ghz, 16GB, S3 Trio VGA PCI Video, DVB LibreElec for DVB-T tuner drivers, Hauppage Win-TV 2210 Dual DVB-T.
Win Client: Intel NUC i3 Broadwell, 4GB Ram, 128GB SSD, Win 10 Pro 64bit.
Linux Client: Raspberry Pi 3+, OSMC + Kodi

In your log I see could not find a part of the path '/usr/share/dvb/dvb-t'.

I logged into my docker with

docker exec -it nextpvr /bin/bash

and didn't see that folder

running apt install dvb-apps

created it. Not sure if that step is required and should be part of the permanent solution or not. Might be best to wait for sub but it is pretty easy to just reinstall the container if it is wrong.

Sorry. I'll try to check it a little later today.

If you get a chance, you could try that couple of steps Martin has listed above, and let us know if it resolved the issues.

Thanks Martin, you are spot on! I opened a console and entered that command, then the drop down box had a global list of selections.

I chose nz-Waikato and press "Scan Channels" button, where it chose 674,690,706 Mhz, but this is incorrect as my Windows machine is set to 578,562,594.
Maybe it is out of date?
My workaround was to use "nl-All" , which scans a large frequency range but caught all of the stations for the Waikato.

Great - glad you got past that. I've updated the next docker build to include dvb-apps.

Yeah, unfortunately it seems a lot of the Linux tuning tables are out of date.
