System: Unraid NAS V6.6.7 running with LibreELEC Linux Kernel version 4.13.20 on an Intel i7 processor, 16GB of Ram.
Tuner: Hauppage WinTV-HVR-2210 PCIe card, Dual Tuners on Terrestrial Antenna - Waikato NZ Region (Te-Aroha Transmitter).

Can watch live TV no problem, but recording creates the folder and a file but is 0 bytes in length.
Stream fails to start when trying to watch it which makes sense.

Win Server: ASRock P67 Pro3 B3, i5 2500K 4.0Ghz, 16GB, Nvidia GT430 HDMI, Win 10 Pro 64bit, Win-TV Quad HD, Win-TV Nova-T USB.
UnRaid NAS Server: Gigabyte i7 2600 3.4Ghz, 16GB, S3 Trio VGA PCI Video, DVB LibreElec for DVB-T tuner drivers, Hauppage Win-TV 2210 Dual DVB-T.
Win Client: Intel NUC i3 Broadwell, 4GB Ram, 128GB SSD, Win 10 Pro 64bit.
Linux Client: Raspberry Pi 3+, OSMC + Kodi

I see you are using adapter0 for LiveTV and adapter1 for Recordings. If you swap their priority do you get recordings?

Just for a test, it might also be worth deleting one of the tuners (press 'ctrl' on the Devices page to see trashcan), to see if make any difference

Thanks guys.

OK, by deleting the channels from Adapter 1, I have Adapter 0, being able to watch live TV and successfully record.
by copying setup back to Adapter 1 and deleting Adapter 0 channels, Adapter 1 is records 0 byte files but I could watch live TV.

I tried unpinning tuners and repeating tests, then I ended up in a world of hurt where even adapter 0 would just say Starting up device - please wait... then Streaming failed - transcoder exited.

In your /config directory (directory that has npvr.db3, config.xml etc), there is a file with "adapter0" or something like that in it's name. Do you have that file for both adapters after copying? I suspect something is going wrong with the logic that copies this file, and it's missing for one of your tuners.

Ok thanks sub will look, off to ten-pin bowling now.

BTW: I tried to restart the docker and it wouldn't stop, just hung, rebooted the whole NAS PC and got my Adapter 0 recording and live TV back.
I will get back to you.

I checked the content of "adapter0-DVB-T-channels.conf" and "adapter1-DVB-T-channels.conf" in Wordpad, and they look identical.

FYI - I found the cause of issues with second tuner in Linux (and Docker), and have fixed for the next build.

Thanks sub good stuff, I will wait for the next update. Wink
I tracked your progress in one of the other V5 sub-forums, for now it pays for users to check as there will be common issues that are being addressed across the different platforms.
