Hi,

I have created an account with schedules direct, but the guide is stuck with the following status EPG Update complete. [0 inserted, 0 updated, 0 skipped]

Any ideas?

On the Settings -> Channels page, what is the EPG Source listed next to your channels?

Where are you channels coming from? (like HDHR or SAT>IP tuner etc)

Agh.

It says, "No channels have been set up. Add your channels on the Settings->Devices page."

So I wen there and I have 2 HDHomerun (and a 3rd iPTV device which I don't recognise).

I clicked on the 21st HDHomerun (I did not realise this was a link before), selected "scan channels", selected the "schedule direct".

...but then it says "no changes will be made until you hit "save". There is no "save" button to hit.

I tried adding a new schedules direct lineup, but got the error "undefined" after giving it my location and ID/password.

My ZIP is "OX25" in the UK "using Freeview".

Holy Moley! ...looking good!

...but not really clear on whether I should be using "schedule direct: from within the devices screen or guide screen.

On the Settings->Guide screen, at the top is a list of EPG Source. Do you have any Schedules Direct lineups listed there? If not, then you'll need to hit the 'Add SD Channel Lineup' button, enter your zip code, find, add.

The 'Save' button appears after you've hit the 'Scan' button to pull in the list of channels from your HDHR.

Sub, I had trouble with this dialog before too, it is not clear that you have to scroll on the right to find the save buttion.

yes, I think there was a delay in the scan where nothing happened and so there was no "save" button. Might be helpful if there was a message to let you know it was actually scanning.
